Services

DISEQUI provides fractional growth, product, marketing, R&D, and research services for capital-backed companies. Services are provided under individual agreements negotiated for each engagement.

Initial consultations are provided to assess fit and scope. No obligation is created by scheduling or attending an introductory call.

Confidentiality

We are sworn to secrecy. All client information, business data, and strategic discussions are treated as confidential. Standard mutual non-disclosure agreements govern all business relationships.

We do not use public trophies, client logos, or case studies without explicit written permission.

Engagement Terms

Each service engagement is governed by a separate statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation.

Fractional arrangements allow clients to "pick any two" service areas and swap later as needs evolve.

Intellectual Property

Work product developed specifically for clients belongs to the client unless otherwise agreed. General methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property remain with DISEQUI.

Limitation of Liability

DISEQUI provides strategic advisory services. We are not responsible for business outcomes, market conditions, or execution decisions made by client teams.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as defined in individual statements of work.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.

Governing Law

These terms and all service agreements are governed by the laws of Croatia, where Disequi d.o.o. is incorporated.
